Are the items sourced for the Free Design Service the same as the items sourced for the Design Concierge Service?
While you can easily find a lovely design through the Free Design Service, for custom designs we source from a wide variety of vendors and have a much larger inventory available to choose from. Choose the Design Concierge program for a customized design matched to your budget.
How long will I have access to my designs?
If you’re using our Free Design Service, you will have access to the designs as long as the items are available and it remains “current” to trends and styles. If you upgrade to the Design Concierge Service, we will email you your custom moodboard and shopping list at the end of the experience and you own the items forever.What is the difference between the Free Design Service and the paid Concierge Design option?
The Free Design Service is a great option for those who want to use our service for design inspiration and sourcing. Visit our Shop Designs page to peruse the designs, pick your favorite and scroll down to the shopping list to order the items in the design. YES! We have over 50 bathroom designs posted on our site with more rooms on the way. If you’d like to design a custom combination using our stylish but affordable options, you can pay $250 to upgrade to our Design Concierge service and we will take you through a guided design process where you pick the items you love and leave with a custom moodboard complete with a shopping list with purchase links.What if I love a design, but the configuration or specific elements don’t fit my project?
If a design catches your eye but you need adjustments—whether it's a different vanity size, changing the number or style of sconces, or switching to a more traditional look— upgrade to our Design Concierge service and you will get up to 2 hours of one on one design time with a professional designer to customize the design to fit your needs.What if I can’t find a design that works for my project or need changes to an existing design?
You can request custom changes through our Design Concierge service, but feel free to use the “Shop It” links to mix and match pieces from different moodboards and create a beautiful design that fits your needs and aesthetic.What if I don’t want all of the items in a design?
No problem! If you’re using our free Design Service, just skip over them on the shopping list! If you’ve upgraded to our Design Concierge service, just let your personal concierge know and the items will be removed! It’s that easy!Can I buy individual items without purchasing the entire collection?
Absolutely! We provide "Shop It" links for all items used in our designs, allowing you to easily shop for individual pieces directly from the vendor and mix and match anything you’d like.What if I need a custom layout?
Currently, we do not offer layout consulting under our Free Design Service, but you can upgrade to our Design Concierge service for a custom design or purchase a Design Layout session ($125 per hour). -
How much does it cost?
Our basic Design Service is free! If you need a little extra support in either creating a custom design for your space or you’d like our advice or assistance in designing or helping you with the room layout, we offer up to 2 hours of one-on-one time with our inhouse Design Concierge team for $250.
How do I know if your designs fit my budget?
You set your own budget! For example, items for our full bathroom designs range from $1,400 (basic bath) up to $8,000 (a larger, more upscale bath with double vanity, wallpaper, marble floors, soaking tub, and eye-catching fixtures).
How do I know the price points of the bathrooms I’m viewing?
When you click on a specific bathroom on our website, you will see the estimated price for a standard 40 sq/ft bathroom with 8 foot ceilings in the top left-hand corner of the shopping list.
Where do you source your items and how much do they cost?
For our Free Design Service, most of our tile is between $2- $12 per sq foot (similar to that of Floor and Decor or Lowes). Most vanities run from $200 to $2400 and shipping costs usually cap out at $250 for a pallet delivery.
What if I need the materials today?
We have a handful of designs that are available for local (Richmond, VA) pickup if you prefer to bypass delivery fees or need the materials quickly. Please inquire for more information on the pickup option as it applies to a limited number of bathrooms.
Will you calculate my tile quantities for me?
We recommend having your tile installer or general contractor determine the required quantities, as many factors must be considered. We are not responsible for over or under calculations, and excess materials cannot be returned so this is a VERY IMPORTANT calculation that could cost you a lot of time and headache if not done correctly. Please leave this step to your professional installer and let them know that we can’t guarantee the ability to order more at a later time.
Can I substitute an item if I don’t like it?
If using the Free Design service, yes, you can bypass it on the shopping list and not order it! Or, if you are working with our Design Concierge team on a custom design, just let them know!
Can I buy individual items without purchasing the entire collection?
Absolutely! We provide "Shop It" links for all items used in our designs, allowing you to easily shop for individual pieces directly from the vendor.Can I add an item I’ve seen from another collection to the one I’m purchasing?
Certainly, using our Design Concierge service we will build the moodboard and shopping list to your preferences. If you see a product you like from one of our posted designs just let us know!

How do I track my delivery?
Once your purchase through our Shop It Links, the vendor should send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
How do I return damaged items?
Please contact the store directly to discuss their return policies.
Who do I talk to about issues if I ordered items through the links on your website?
We kindly ask you to direct all your questions to the vendor from whom you ordered to ensure seamless and easy communication.

The majority of our designs are intended to be used in residential applications and not for commercial use. The consumer is responsible for determining whether or not the design packages and its specifications will work in their space and application.
