We’re not able to offer refunds on unused time. That’s because we reserve and prep your designer’s time in advance to make sure you get personalized, high-quality support. But don’t worry—any unused minutes can be saved and used later, up to 6 months from your original booking.

Absolutely. Whether you need help making a few decisions or working through a full design, we’ll use your time to tackle whatever’s on your list. And if you run out of time, you can always purchase another block when you’re ready.
