  • Once your purchase is confirmed, we’ll reach out to get a quick overview of your project and figure out where you need support.

  • Depending on your needs, we’ll schedule your time in a way that makes sense—anything from a single two-hour session to a handful of short 15-minute check-ins.

  • Whether you’re stuck on one decision or need help from start to finish, we’ll work with you step-by-step to keep your project moving.

    • Need answers? You’ll get a follow-up email recapping everything we discussed.

    • Need a design? We’ll send over a custom moodboard and a detailed shopping list.

    • Need help ordering? We’ll take care of that too—and give you access to a delivery dashboard with order details, tracking info, and shipping updates all in one place.

  • We’re not able to offer refunds on unused time. That’s because we reserve and prep your designer’s time in advance to make sure you get personalized, high-quality support. But don’t worry—any unused minutes can be saved and used later, up to 6 months from your original booking.

  • Absolutely. Whether you need help making a few decisions or working through a full design, we’ll use your time to tackle whatever’s on your list. And if you run out of time, you can always purchase another block when you’re ready.
